About the property :

The property is rented directly from the owner, white lease for minimum stay of 9 months tenancy term. The property is suitable for two single persons, 2 couples or 3 persons share (2+1) All costs - water, electricity, Internet, council tax, TV licence etc. Are fearly split between all occupants - 50/50 for 2 people and 3 or 4 ways split for more.

Little bit about me. I'm 41, Bulgarian, self employed, UBER hire driver. I'm in London since 2014. I work mostly evenings and nights and weekends to. I sleep during days 'till 3/5pm.
I have great sense of humour, I clean after my self and I expect it from everyone else. I live in this house almost 7 year now and it's my home. I enjoy nature, science, technology, movies games fishing and music, good food, and I am good with tools. I have many interests and I need no reason or stimulants to enjoy my self and have fun. I'm a good company, I enjoy having a good connection, conversation, occasional beer or two, but not much of a drinker. I can tolerate really drunk people, but I don't enjoy being around them "I'm dealing with wasted people on Daily basis so I don't want to be doing this at home, if you know what I mean" so that's me.

For moving in:

The ideal candidate/s is/are nice, clean, polite, responsible, working person/s.
Will have: valid ID, reference from the last accommodation/s,
payslips and bank statements for past 6 months. You'll then be added to the lease and registered in the council. and then have a nice little place you can call home.

Pets and children are welcome.

The security deposit is refundable after 45 days of notice, presuming nothing is needed to be deducted, bills etc.
