Seeking a housemate to come and join our Frensham drive home, which is in Putney Vale. Please note you must be in full time employment.

Your housemates
You will be sharing with 2 other females and 1 male who are all professionals. This is not a party house and is well suited to a professional or graduate seeking somewhere relaxed to call home.

Your room
The room is bright and well furnished. It comes with plenty of storage and a desk to work from.

The flat
The four-bedroom flat is on two floors in all a cul de sac with no traffic. The kitchen is large and has plenty of storage and a seating area. All utilities bills, council tax and broadband are included.

Location
Perfect for anyone working in Putney, Kingston, Roehampton or needs quick access to the A3. You are a 10/15 minute bus journey to Putney high street or Kingston train station. A large 24-hour supermarket is two minutes away. And the amazing Richmond and Wimbledon parks are pretty much your back garden.
