Spacious double room available, bills/parking inc

Hi all, one of my flat mates has bought a new build flat and will be moving out in January 2023. She has not been given a confirmed move in date as of yet, but it should be around 15th January.

About the room/house:

The room has a double bed, under bed storage & a chest of drawers. This room can come fully furnished or unfurnished. (If required a wardrobe can also be installed in this room)

One bathroom on the upper floor (with a bath, sink and toilet) & a WC on the lower floor which are shared with all house mates.

The flat was renovated last summer. It is modern, well looked after, clean & homely. Lots of high tech features throughout the flat like Alexa, Sonos, heating and lights controlled by your phone etc. Superfast fibre wi-fi throughout the flat.

Free parking and good transport links to central London. If commuting to central the quickest way is to drive to new Malden station (there is free parking all around the station) then get the train alternatively there is two bus that go Putney station.

Richmond park & Wimbledon common are literally on the doorstep and you can walk to Wimbledon village in less than 30 mins through Wimbledon common where there are pubs, cafes, restaurants etc. A huge as Asda is a 5 min walk from the flat.

About the housemates:

Daleep (30M) from London & works as a development manager in the construction industry. I enjoy going to the pub/nights out, going out for food and the odd gym session.

Tiffany (31F) from Cheltenham works as a recruiter for a property investment and development company in the city. Enjoys dog walks in the common and a chilled night in with a glass of wine.


We met via SpareRoom last year and get on really well.

We work a mix from home and in the office but there is enough room for everyone to work from home if needed.
