I am looking for someone to sublease my lovely one bedroom flat in South Kensington. All bills are included in the price. Available from Feb 1 to Mar 31 (may be able to be flexible with dates)

Flat is located on Queen’s Gate within a 5 minute walk from both Gloucester and South Kensington Station (Access to District, Circle, and Piccadilly Lines) and just steps away from the restaurants and shops.

Flat is below ground with a lift and comes fully furnished with two outdoor patios. WiFi and Virgin cable service incl in price. Gas stove, washer, and dishwasher.

Bedroom is very large with a lot of closet space. Excellent for a single person or couple relocating and looking for temporary housing. No pets permitted. No smoking inside.

The flat will be listed by the landlord, so there may be potential viewings with adequate notice. Permission was given to sublet through the end of my lease and could discuss the option to takeover the lease if interested.
