Double room with lots of storage! (+ two cats)

It's a two bed, ground floor flat - to share with me and two cats :)

---The cats---
I've adopted two elderly cats - both very friendly and affectionate old ladies! However they're indoor only so ideally I'd like to find a housemate who really likes cats and is comfortable living with them.

---The flat---
There's a shared lounge space with two sofas - perfect for movie nights or having a few friends over.

We have a separate kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, and washing machine.

There's one bathroom - with a bath, shower, toilet, sink, and cupboard, draws, and a window - but you'd only be sharing with me and I don't spend loads of time in there so you don't need to worry about it always being occupied.

There is so much storage space in this flat, we have 3 huge under stairs cupboards, so you can put things like suitcases in there.

---Your room---
It's a south-facing room with a large Victorian sash window, so you you get some sunlight in the mornings and early afternoons.

There's a European extra-length double bed with a new mattress (so it's great for tall people!).

You also have a large fitted wardrobe and room for more furniture if you want to add your own touches.

The two bedrooms in the flat are quite far apart from each other too, so you don't have to worry about things like noise or having a friend stay over.

---Me---
I'm Emily. I'm 32 and currently work from home as a freelance copywriter. I'm clean and tidy but I'm totally not anal about things like cleaning or noise, I just want us both to be able to relax when we're at home. I'd like a housemate I can occasionally socialise with :)

---The landlady---
Even though the flat is rented through a letting agency, the landlady has a great relationship with me. She's fine about putting up pictures on the wall and making the place feel like home. She used to live in the house so she cares about it - when something's broken or needs repairing, she sorts it out straight away.

---The area---
The flat is next to a pub, and there are loads of little cafes, delis, and restaurants nearby.

We're walking distance from both Kensal Rise station on the overground, and Queen's Park or Kensal Green station on the bakerloo line. (All in zone 2).

We're walking distance away from both a gym and the park. We're also a walk away from Kensal Green cemetery if you like that sort of thing (I do!)
