Relaxed flat right next to the park

We are looking for a new flatmate/couple for a bright, large double room available in our chilled 3 bed first floor flat. You would be sharing the flat with two of us, both professionals, who are relaxed, clean, tidy and enjoy a chat and drink now and then.

We have an excellent location only 50m from Queens Park (with a pitch and putt, tennis courts, cafe and plenty of space to exercise and relax) and a few minutes walk from the high road and all its amenities, including an excellent Sunday farmers market and several cafes, eateries and pubs.

The flat is fully furnished and receives plenty of light. We have a large shared lounge and a separate kitchen equipped with all the essentials (washing machine/dryer, microwave, oven, gas hob) as we do like to bake and cook.

The room comes with a bed, dresser and wardrobe and has plenty of room for a desk for WFH needs. All utilities are included as well as Virgin TV and WiFi. We also have a cleaner that comes weekly.

With three stations within 12 minutes walk (Brondesbury Park 3mins, Queens Park 10mins, Kilburn 12mins) and a plethora of bus services, there are plenty of connections to Central London and beyond.
