X-large Room in Queen's Park with Garden

Huge room with built in wardrobes and a garden view available in a 3 bed flat in Queen's Park. I am leaving my current flat due to a change in my financial situation and am looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease - until May. The move in date is super flexible.
As you can see the room is enormous (kings size bed pictured) I will be taking my furniture with me but happy to pop a bed and side tables in there before I leave, there is a staircase from the kitchen to the large communal garden which we grow vegetables and herbs (with help from the gardener). It's very easy to get a parking permit and costs £100/ 6 months £160/ 1 year.
The room is 4.1m x 3.7m in dimensions. The flat has sky tv, wifi throughout, a cleaner every two weeks (not included in the bills but only £12 each)
The rents is actually £927 and the bills are £120.
The two other girls are both professionals, super lovely and clean, like to cook, hang out in the garden (when the sun is out) or go for walks to the farmers market or Queen's park which is only one road away. Let me know if you have any questions.
