Two double rooms available in quiet Mews house.
Very quiet street away from main roads.
Both rooms hold double beds with easy space for desks for WFH if needed.
Perfect for a quiets night sleep.
Really spacious ground floor and kitchen - great if into cooking and want a big space to work/workout/relax.

All working features - washing machine/ showers/sinks/taps/boiler/radiators etc
Room 1 is a little bigger hence the price difference but Room 2 also has a lot more in-room storage (double floor-ceiling closet) TBH, There is so much damn storage space if needed in this house you won't be in need.
Both rooms stay warm thankfully and we have been both living/working from here since March with no issues.
Neighbourhood - in between Kilburn/Queen's Park - easy access to central London via multuple transport options withins 5-15 mins walk (Underground/overground/thameslink)
Bills come on average to £80 PCM (Council tax/utilities/water)
