Lovely Double available in 2 bed flat- Queens Park

I have a lovely double room available in a very clean, tidy and homely flatshare in the gorgeous Queens Park.

Unfortunately, my wonderful flatmate will be moving out at the end of Feb, so I am now looking to find someone to take her place. I have lived here for over a year and cannot rave about the area enough. The flat is a stones throw from Queens Park station (2 minutes walk) which serves the Bakerloo and Overground lines getting you into the heart of the Westend in 15 minutes . There are also many bus routes departing just across the street from the property. There is an M&S next door and a Sainsbury’s, Co-op and Planet Organic about 5 minutes walk away. Salisbury Road also offers many restaurants, cafes, pubs and gyms. The beautiful park itself is 3 minutes walk away and is a real haven in London.

The flat itself comes fully furnished with everything you could possibly need including, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, gas hob oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The flat is a lovely space and a great size for two people sharing. The room comes with a small double bed, wardrobe, large chest of draws and built in storage cupboard. There is also more storage available in the entrance hall.

In terms of what I am looking for in a flat mate, it would be someone who treats this flat as their home, is clean and tidy, respectful and considerate, and easy to get along with- watch a movie, have a glass of wine with from time to time etc

While I would like to be social and friendly with my flatmate, I do think it is important to mention that this is not a a 'party' home, so it will not be suitable for someone looking to have people around or entertain on a regular basis. Please also note that this room is available for female single occupancy only.
