Large Double Room with Garden Queen’s Park

A spacious double room available in a ground floor flat with a beautiful and leafy private garden in Queen’s Park.

The room is generously sized with ample space to work from home or roll out your yoga mat. There is a desk and plenty of storage including two full-sized standing wardrobes, a bedside table and additional space under the bed.

There is a sizable shared living/dining room with patio doors onto the back garden, a large TV, dining table & chairs and a sofa. There is also a shared kitchen with lots of cupboard space and a bathroom with a shower and bath.

You’ll be living with two super-friendly flatmates, Lucy and Rupert, both in their 20’s who are easy-going and enjoy getting together in the evening to watch TV, if you’re up for it, but at the same time are respectful of personal space.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Queen’s Park station. The area has a number of fantastic pubs, artisan coffee shops, a great farmers market on Sunday (still open during lockdown) and even a microbrewery! A 5 minute walk in the other direction will take you to Kilburn High Street where there are plenty of larger shops and supermarkets including M&S, Primark, TK Maxx, Argos, Sainsbury’s etc. There are lots of parks and green spaces around too and a bit of a longer walk towards Maida Vale will take you to the canal and Little Venice.

Bills aren’t included but usually come to about £100 per month, including extremely fast and reliable internet, TV licence, gas, electricity, water and council tax.

I have really enjoyed living in the flat and have been happy to call it home in London. As I’m now moving on to live with my girlfriend, we would like to find a new person who can call the place home. We are happy to show you around on weekday evenings or on the weekend. If desired, initial viewings by Zoom/video call are also possible.
