We are looking for a new housemate to share a house in Queen’s Park area ( NW6, Zone 2)

• monthly Rent: £585

• Bills: £100 aprox/month (including water, electricity, internet and council tax).

• Deposit: £520

The house is in perfect condition, with a private garden, living room, 5 double rooms, 2 wc, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, kitchen equipped with microwave, washing machine, kettle, oven..

The double bedroom has a huge window which is great during spring/ summer as you get light all day. Double bed with brand new mattress, 3 wardrobes and 2 bed side tables.

The room is big enough for you to add a desk if you need to work from home.

The house is situated in a very safe and friendly neighbourhood.

We are 3 girls and 1 boy ( between 25-35 years old). We are all from Spain but been in London for a few years already, working in fashion and hospitality. We are very chilled and friendly.

Queen's Park Station is 3 min walking distance from our house (Bakerloo Line -15mins to Oxford Circus and 20mins to Picadilly. We also have an Overground to Euston which takes 10 min. Brondesbury Park overground is 10min walking distance - this line will take you to east London in 30min.

The neighbourhood has opened a few new cafes and restaurants recently. Has a lot of live, specially on Sunday’s with the Farmers Market.

We have a big variety of supermarkets and shops as well (Sainsburys, M&S, Aldi, Planet Organic, Iceland, Tesco).

Ideally we are looking for a Spanish person but we are open to anyone so please feel free to contact us!
