We have a lovely large and sunny double room (1st floor flat) available now in Queen’s Park – Maida Hill area.

We are looking for a tidy flatmate to share with 2 other professional guys (Portuguese / English speaking). Non-smoker, no pets please. We are very easy going, friendly, respectful flatmates and we like to keep the place neat and tidy.

The bedroom offers a new double size bed and mattress, a large wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets, a computer desk, a chair, a smart TV, curtains, blinds and blackout, double glazed windows and gas central heating, it benefits from lots of light (when it's sunny - which is unfortunately not something I can guarantee!).

The flat is new and fully decorated, it offers a separate fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kettle, oven, electric hob, dining table; a living room; a balcony with seats and BBQ; bathroom with bath and shower. The flat has two bathrooms for three people, so showers won’t be a problem.

This is an amazing area with plenty of lively bars- cafes- restaurants around Queen’s Park, Maida Vale and Portobello Road which are all walking distance. The Grand Union Canal and Harrow Road with plenty of shops are also around the corner.

The flat is around 7 minutes walk from Queen’s Park tube station (Bakerloo line and Overground).

The price is £300 per week, all bills included: council tax, gas, water, electricity, tv licence, superfast fibre optic internet, service charge. Two weeks' deposit and one week's rent are collected immediately; after that, rent is payable weekly or monthly as you wish.

Strictly NO smokers.

We can clean the flat ourselves or pay a cleaner whenever we need it.
