Massive room in fab spot

I’ve lived here for the last year and hoping to find the right flatmate so don’t have to leave. We have great neighbours in the building and it’s a lovely area with fancy Queen’s Park on one side and down to earth Kilbo on the other.

I’m an Irish woman working in social care and am very much at home here. Respectful of the space but can be flexible about the cleaning rota or maybe get a cleaner in occasionally to keep things pleasant. I work from home about half the time so going to put a desk in corner of the living room. I’m going to move to the box room to save a few Bob and make sure you’ve enough space too. if you needed to could easily put a desk in the master bedroom giving us separate workspaces if you WFH. There’s a little bit of noise carries through the building when people are moving around upstairs as it’s an old building but nothing intrusive and it’s generally quiet at night. It’s a peaceful tree lined street too.

Beautiful big windows and single glazing means lots of light but you might double up on blankets in the depths of winter. Wooden shutters offer both insulation and privacy. Flat has everything you might need.

As for me, I’m working on a dissertation alongside the day job for another few months so ideally want to maintain fairly calm environment. Occasional guests are of course fine but some notice would help planning. The other heads up is that I like a bit of a meditate and have a sit spot by the window overlooking our neighbour’s stunning garden where I have some pics and trinkets set up as a lil shrine. If you’re alright with that, would like to keep it.
