Bright double room available NW from 1st sept

Bright and airy double room available in Queen’s Park from 1st sept. I am moving out to move to Spain and so unfortunately ending my tenancy early, so the room is available from September to November. However current flatmates would like to stay on so would be preferred if you are looking to renew the contract until next November too!
Living with two lovely girls, both professionals with a mix of wfh and office, would suit someone similar around the same age or older (23/24). Looking for someone chill that they can also be friends with !
First floor flat on a lovely road 2 mins walk from the station, really easy to get anywhere. Flat is so nice, dishwasher, underfloor heating, wine chiller etc ! The room is really spacious, the biggest room on the floor plan.
Room comes furnished with 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The desk & chair in the photos is mine :)
