Lodger/carer required

Hi folks, I am looking for a lodger to live at my mum's who is also a carer/mental health/older person specialist. Or super duper caring.

The room is a lovely well sized one overlooking a garden in a very neat and quiet road near Queens Park tube. It has a single bed but could probably fit a king size.

My mum is the only permanent person living in the house but there are various family members also staying on average 2 days a week and the kitchen is taken over 1 day a week for a family dinner.

My mum is exceptionally friendly but has complex needs as she enters her mid 80s. Having someone in the house is a comfort to her so we need someone super friendly and caring who understands the needs of older people. 10 hours a week of sharing a cup of tea and the likes would be expected. Plus keeping the place as scrupulously tidy as possible.
