Rent covers everything you need for comfortable, hassle-free living — all utilities, high-speed WiFi, professional cleaning, and household essentials (from toiletries to cleaning supplies) are provided. You can truly move in with just your personal belongings and feel at home from day one.

Council Tax is not included but must be added to the account upon request for stays longer than a few weeks.

This is a home-share/digs arrangement – warm, respectful and ideal for someone seeking a peaceful sanctuary. A one-month notice period is standard on both sides unless otherwise requested. If you require a formal contract for work or visa purposes, that can be provided — just let me know.

This space works best for someone who naturally maintains their own room in a clean and hygienic way — including regular linen changes and respectful use of shared areas. It’s not about rules, it’s about mutual care. This is a home, not a flatshare — and keeping it lovely is a shared effort.

Shared Living Room & Workspace:
The large living room with conservatory doubles as my workspace during weekdays, so it’s a quiet, focused zone mostly Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Evenings and weekends, the space is all yours to relax, — feel free to make yourself at home!

The Area:
Less than 5 mins to Queen’s Park Station (Zone 2) – 2 stops to Euston

Excellent local shops: M&S, Sainsbury’s, Planet Organic, Aldi, Co-op

Trendy cafés & bakeries (Gail’s, Dark Habit, etc.)
