This bedroom is facing west and private (back of house so very quiet), wood floor. Warmest room in house during winter! Room has brand new double bed with deep memory foam mattress and under bed storage (2), chest of drawers, vanity mirror, garment rail and shelves. There is additional storage space for suitcases in the hallway if needed.
There is large outdoor patio with sun all day, dining table, herb patch. Dining and sitting room. Decor of home shabby chic/eclectic mix. We entertain and have parties maybe once a month. But mostly this home is a sanctuary, quiet, relaxing and very clean.
Kitchen is full equipped. Bathroom with shower and bath, good water pressure. The bathroom is next to the room for rent so it will be like having an ensuite.

Bills run at about £170 per month.(water, electric, gas, tax, wifi, cleaning, sundries). All included in the price of room (£970.00). Also Included in room price: ( sundries and cleaning)

Please note respectfully this room is not suitable to anyone working from home during the day as the other room mate records for work which is noise sensitive.

House is friendly artists home and a peaceful sanctuary from London life. There is a huge patio outside with herb garden, fire pit and dining table.

There is a very large living room with a conservatory. The decor of the house is bohemian, cosy and homely. The bathroom is squeaky cleaned every day. There is a cleaner twice a month for common areas.

The neighbourhood is great, Queens Park less than 5 mins walk to both tube and overground. 2 stops to Euston. Shops nearby M & S, Planet Organic, Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Co Op. Primark (yes), boutiques, diy, best cafes Gails, Dark Habit etc
Gyms and Park within 5 mins plus amazing yoga studio yoga loft a stones throw away.

Ideal housemate is friendly, warm, enjoys their own privacy, works full-time M-F and can enjoy a glass of wine or barbecue with us when they feel like it! This is a home away from home and a great place to start off your London experience!
