Double bedroom available in a lovely flat

Double bedroom available to rent in a charming flat in Queen’s Park, 4 minutes walk from Queen’s Park tube station, NW6. The flat is on the first floor of a two story house. The flat is really bright, with lots of natural light. I furnished it all three months ago so everything is brand new.

The room can come furnished or unfurnished. There is currently a chest of drawers in the room, a bedside table and a sofa bed, as on the pictures. The furnitures would be replaced by a double bed and a small chest of drawers. There is space for a desk if needed There is a large wardrobe just outside the room.

You will be sharing the flat with myself, a 29 year old female professional. Looking for a female roommate of a similar age.

I am a sociable person, tidy and sporty. I am usually outside of the flat quite a lot but enjoy some evenings in and cooking.

The room is available from May 17th (some flexibility with move in date) for either 3 months or long term.

Asking for £1150 per month, bills not included ( around £170 per month).
