Stunning Double Bedroom-En-suite

Hi Everyone! I have an amazing en-suite double bedroom available from now as my flatmate has left last week and I’m looking for my next flatmate in this gorgeous flat in the middle of Queen’s Park.
The room is the second floor with all the furniture completely new including the mattress and with your own bathroom.
The flat is just 4 min walking from Queen’s Park Station (Bakerloo Line and Overground) and 15 min from Kensal Rise Station (Overground). I’m looking for someone clean and respectful.
Near the apartment there are a few supermarkets like M&S (5 min walking), Tesco (8 min walking). The area is really nice with plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs and Queen’s Park just 5 min walking from the house. Notting hill is 30 min away as well.
We have a lovely cat who is very affectionate and friendly so you would have to be ok with that.
