🛏️ The room: a spacious double room available 4th of June. Room has a lovely view out into the garden and gets plenty of fresh sunlight. The room comes with a wardrobe, and has plenty of space for a king bed, desk and other storage. RENT is £1269 not including bills* Looking for someone to sign on for 14 months, however open to discussion.

🏡The house is on a quiet road close to two parks and two main high streets. The place has lots of natural light, a big garden (where we grow lots of herbs) and is set over two floors. There is a washer and dryer, gas stove and a combined living and dining space. The house has recently been newly painted and re carpeted. 🏡

The deposit is five weeks rent up front, plus one month up front rent. The house is fully furnished, and the bedrooms partially furnished.

🚝 The house is a 8min walk from Queens Park station (Bakerloo line and overground) and a 15 min walk from Brondesbury Park Overground. It’s right around the corner from Salusbury Road with lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs, a Sainsbury, M&S, Tesco, Aldi and pharmacies.

☺️You would be living with four Aussie girls all working full time. We’d love to find someone similar to us! So ideally someone working full time, mid to late 20s, girls and guys welcome, non smokers, no pets (unfortunately), LGBTQ+ friendly, who enjoy a few drinks and nights out, but also evenings at home to cook dinner and hang out.
