I am leasing out my room in a 2-bed Queens Park/Kilburn area from May 1 - June 30.

The room is sizeable with natural light from a back-patio facing window. It has good desk space if someone is working from home sometimes in the day, or just good space for relaxing at all times.

The apartment has all the amenities needed including nice kitchen space, comfortable front room, large back patio. It was recently refurbished.

This residence is close to both Queens Park and Kilburn High Road with good connection to central London. It is quiet during the day and night with privacy set back from the road.

We are looking for someone who treats it like a home!
