We have a number of 1-bed flats available in a block of flats. Most of the properties have balconies with fantastic views of the city. Monthly fees include council tax (which equates to a saving of around £130 per month).

• £527pcm per person for two sharers, or £810pcm for a sole occupant.
• Monthly fees above include council tax but do not include other utilities.
• In the heart of north west London, these flats are a stone’s throw from Queen’s Park and Salusbury Road where you can find great coffee spots and a wide range of local amenities.
• The block of flats is a 10-12 minute walk from Queen’s Park station. From here you can get to central London in 10 minutes on the Overground.

Eligibility criteria
To become a Dot Dot Dot guardian, you must:

Be happy to volunteer 16 hours of your time each month to a charitable cause you care about
Be open-minded, flexible, reliable, creative and resourceful
Be over 18, not living with children or pets
Demonstrate an annual income or savings of 30x the monthly licence fee.
Evidence your right to rent in the UK
Provide a solid move on plan for when you are given 28 days’ notice to leave the property
