I am looking for a 2 x single housemates or a couple from 01 August 2024
. The house is a three bedrooms with large living area, generous kitchen and small garden. It is situated in a peaceful residential area of Queens Park with good transport links to Queens Park Tube, Kensal Rise Overground and walking distance to Notting Hill/Ladbroke Grove.
The house is equipped with everything you would expect: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, etc.
Housemates will be sharing the property with myself (M, 31). There will be periods of 2 to 5 weeks where you will have the house to yourself as I will be splitting my time between London and LA.
