I'm looking for someone to join me in this beautiful 2 bed, 2 bathroom maisonette on Salusbury Road in Queen's Park. The flat has a shared kitchen/living room with access to a communal patio. Both bedrooms are a good size, and both are en suite. The flat is located directly opposite Queen's Park tube station, so an excellent location.

I have secured a private agreement and I am looking for someone to join the tenancy with me. The applicant would need to earn a minimum of £40,800, and provide a UK based guarantor.

The contact is for 24 months with a 12 months break clause, starting on the 3rd August 2024. Applicants will need to pass references through Winkworth Estate agents.

Please note, you would be entering into a dual-tenancy with myself who has already passed referencing and in a position to sign the tenancy agreement.

A bit about me. I work as a Dietitian for the NHS, and so on site (in the hospital) 5 days per week. I do some lecturing and marking work on the side so I'll sometimes work from home in the evening but only for a few weeks per year. I'm originally from Wales but still loving the London life so no plans to move back just yet. I spend my evenings and weekends seeing friends, running, playing tennis and relaxing. Brunch is also part of my weekend ritual.

I've lived in Queens Park for one year and adore the area, so very pleased to be staying. Those new to the area, I'm sure you will love it as much as I do!
