I'm looking for someone to fill my room in this beautiful 2 bed, 2 bathroom maisonette on Salusbury Road in Queen's Park.

I've lived here for 14 months and I've absolutely loved it. I'm moving in with my boyfriend next month and so looking for someone to replace me on the tenancy. You'll be moving in with my housemate, Jaz, who is kind, socialable and considerate. We're looking for someone clean, tidy and socialable, but also someone who respects others privacy. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their home.

The flat is unfurnished downstairs, however the bedroom available will come with a double bed (no mattress) and a wardrobe. The flat has a shared kitchen/living room with access to a communal patio. The bedroom is a really good size, and has an en suite. The flat is located directly opposite Queen's Park tube station, so an excellent location.

The rent is £1428 per month, which includes electricity, gas and water. Council tax and internet are required in additional, which is ~£100 per month. The tenancy runs until the 2nd August 2026.
