Unusual and interesting offer

I am a 57 year old teacher and have just moved into a ground floor flat with my disabled wife (Emily) and my 24 year old son who is working. The room on offer is nice, with an ensuite bathroom. We are looking for someone to come and live with us for free, and we would pay for food and bills. In exchange, you would be available to help Emily during the day and to do chores around the house. If you enjoy cooking you could do that too. In total, you would be expected to spend about 3 hours a day on this type of work. The role would suit someone who works evenings, or is looking for a job. We have done this arrangement a few times and it has worked well. If you want we can arrange for you to talk to previous tenants who have done this role. All household members contribute to the running of the flat and we have a culture of helping each other out. Obviously, we are looking for the right person, and we are flexible about coming to a mutually beneficial arrangement. If you are interested, reply to this ad, telling us a bit about yourself. Parkinson's is a movement disorder and most of the time the medication which Emily takes deals with the symptoms, but a few times a day she is "OFF" and this when she is "stuck" and benefits from an able-bodied person. You would not be required to be around at weekends. In addition to English, I speak Spanish and my wife speaks English and French.

The room is available from the 11th of August onwards.
