Girls Double Room in Queens Park+ Private Bathroom

Hello, I'm Meli, and I'm looking for a girl to replace me in my flat starting the first week of September (moving out on the 7th of September).

The flat is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from Queens Park Station, with three bus routes available right at the doorstep in both directions, making commuting a breeze.

The current housemate is a lovely, quiet, and clean girl. She works 5 times a week out of home. We've lived together for 4 years, but I'm moving in with my partner, so I need someone to take over my room.

The room comes with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a white chest of drawers. You'll also have a private bathroom. The current tenant has her own en-suite bathroom.

Both the bedroom and bathroom have plenty of natural light, with big windows to brighten up the space.

Bills are about £180/200 each tenant, per month.
Deposit will be £950.

Minimum rent is for 6 months, then you can renew. Agency staff are great and we never had any issues.
