My flatmate is relocating for a new job, so we’re looking for someone to take over his lease until August 2025 (and monthly after that if required) in a 2-bedroom flat in Queen’s Park/Kilburn (NW6 7EL). The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room and is a walking distance to 2 Overground, Jubilee, and Bakerloo lines.
I am a project manager in clinical trials, and like playing tennis, gym/running (occasionally), watching rugby and going to see plays and musicals.
*No payment or commitment expected from you before you’ve viewed the flat and signed the lease*
Rent - £1050 (not including bills)
Deposit - £1211
