Single ensuite room for a student during term time

Single en-suite room in a lovely Victorian house in Queen's Park, NW6, 2 min walk to the park itself.
Would suit a student as it is available in English academic term time only from 20/09/2024. The room is in a pet free and non-smoking family house with shared use of kitchen/diner. All bills, council tax and broadband are included. The room needs to be vacated during semester holidays when our son is back home from uni but it is possible to leave the belongings in the room (no charge for academic holiday periods).
Great transport links all within a 10 min walk to: Queen's Park Underground, Zone 2 (Bakerloo line), Queen's Park Overground (Euston to Watford), Kensal Rise/Brondesbury Park Overground (Stratford to Clapham Junction/Richmond) and direct buses to Notting Hill Gate, Kensington, Victoria, Wandsworth and Paddington.
