Large double room in leafy Queen’s Park

Hello!

After 6 lovely years in Queen’s Park, the south coast has called me back, so it’s time to find a new addition to take my large ground floor double bedroom.

We’re in a nice, quiet road with the leafy green park just a 15 min walk away. Queens Park itself has a lovely selection of cafés, bars/pubs and independent stores. We’re a 6 min walk to the station, with Bakerloo and Overground trains running regularly. We’re also a 10 min walk from Kilburn High Rd with a large Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Iceland, Boots, Superdrug, and everything else you’d need for your shopping list!

We are five young professionals in our mid-late 20s who work in the creative industries. We all work hybridly between the home and offices so we're looking for someone who is working either in the office or hybrid (no 100% remote workers or students please).
We are looking for a friendly, responsible and respectful housemate (in terms of noise, cleanliness, and guest etiquette), who is happy to do their own thing in London.
The house has one shared bathroom between 4 of us, and a downstairs toilet and sink for this bedroom's use. Alongside this, we have a shared kitchen, living room and garden.

The house is large and requires upkeep so we are looking for someone who is happy to contribute to general cleaning and gardening, our weekly cleaning rota, and keeping an eye on any issues to notify the letting agent and landlord. Ideally, someone who has lived in a house share before, and preferably not just whilst at university.

(P. S. Unfortunately the headboard isn’t included with the room, as I brought this with me when I first moved in, and will be taking it to my next place)
