Bright double in 2bed flat + friendly flatmate

Hello :)

I am Alex and I have secured a two bed flat on a leafy Queen’s Park street and I am looking for someone to take the second bedroom. I am a 32 year old doctor wanting to share a calm, friendly space and would like to be friends with my flatmate. I have lived abroad a lot - Barcelona, Colombia and Zambia, speak Spanish and enjoy learning about different cultures/ languages. I like to stay active: boxing, running, cold water swimming (Hampstead heath is a cycle away). I like to cook and enjoy sharing dinners with friends and photography. I would like to share with someone who wants to share a tidy space and is looking for a home not a room.

Move in date: 14th October
Term: lease is 18 months but you can move out prior and replace yourself

Location:
Located less than 10 minutes from Queen’s Park tube station, from the pubs and restaurants of the area, including the very popular Lonsdale Road and its weekly Farmers’ Market, and just minutes from Queen’s Park itself - for picnics and walks. For shopping, you also have Kilburn High Road (MS, Sainsbury’s and Aldi).

Transport wise: less than 15 minutes’ walk from several overground stations (Queen’s Park, Brondesbury, Brondesbury Park, Kilburn High Road, West Hampstead), and Thameslink services from West Hampstead.

Space: The flat has two bedrooms. Both have large sash windows making it super light. There is a large living-room with large bay windows looking out on to the street. It also has a recently refurbished bathroom, and new appliances in the kitchen including a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. There is also a small separate storage cupboard with a washing machine. The flat comes part-furnished and I have the extra furniture :)
