After three lovely years in this house, I am sadly moving out to live with my friend.

About the room:
The room is at the front of the house on the first floor with a bay window and another window, so there is plenty of sunshine and light throughout the day. The room has a lot of storage with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bed side tables, and under bed storage. The room also includes a desk, the bed, and the mattress so it's ready for a seamless move in.

About the house:
The house is on a quiet road just 6 min walk away from Queen's Park Station with Bakerloo and Overground trains running regularly. We're also five mins walk away from the high street, filled with coffeeshops, independent bars and pubs, and a market on the weekend. Just a 10 min walk away, we also have the park and Kilburn High Street (connected to the Jubilee, Bakerloo, and Overground lines) with shops such as Aldi, Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots & Pret.

The house has ample space with a big kitchen and dining area, a cosy living room and a large garden so everyone can do their own thing or gather together. The house has one shared bathroom between 4 of us and a downstairs loo also.

About us:
The house is home to 4 professional women in their mid-twenties who all work hybrid, so they are looking for someone similar. The current tenants are looking for someone who is friendly, laid-back, responsible, and happy to help with the cleaning rota.

Availablity:
Move in date would be Sunday October 20th and the room is available to view asap!
