After nearly 3 years, I am sadly moving out of my lovely room in Queen’s Park to move in with my friend!

About the room:
This room on the 1st floor is a great sized bedroom with 2 large wardrobes a nice double bed and plenty of room for a desk / more furniture if needed. You also have a lovely view of the back garden and have plenty of light in the late morning right through to the late afternoon.

About the house:
This 5 bedroom spacious house is a short 6 minute walk to Queen’s Park station (Bakerloo Line & Overground) and super close to the high street with a range of cafes, lunch spots and bars! It’s also a 10 minute walk to Kilburn High Road (another stop on the Bakerloo Line) where you can find a large Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Superdrug & Boots, for anything you might need.

Currently the house is made up of 4 young professionals all in their mid-twenties. Everyone works hybrid between home and offices and they would be looking for someone similar.
The current tenants are looking for someone responsible, friendly, tidy, sociable and also happy to do their own thing!
The house has own shared bathroom between 4 of us and a downstairs loo also.

Move in date would be Sunday 20th
