Cosy Double Room in Zone 2 Queens Park

Us:
We are a busy data scientist and designer living and traveling in London for 10+ years. I (Matt) work from home full time and my partner also does so 3 times a week. Ideally we are looking for a flatmate that is of similar age, interest, experience, to respectfully share our space with us.

The flat/location:
We have a spare double room available in our terraced house, located near Queens Park.
The room is cosy and dim to offer a perfect place to retreat for some well-earnt sleep, the wider flat is bright & airy. The kitchen is available for use as long as you make sure to tidy up afterwards, as well as a shared lounge area and a beautiful garden if you fancy stepping out.
We have easy access to Queens Park and Kilburn High Rd for food shopping, restaurants, live near to a sports centre with a gym (£16 pm), and the Bakerloo, Jubilee, and 3 different overground stations are all within 10-15 mins walk.

Bills/Deposit:
WiFi and council tax will come with rent, but we will ask that you make a contribution towards gas, electric & water.
The security deposit is £300 for a 1 week stay, increased by £300 per week of additional stay up to a maximum of 5 weeks. e. g. a 3 month stay would pay £1500 (5 weeks x £300) in deposit.

Please note:
We have a friendly but shy indoor cat. He'll probably try his best to avoid you and we don't allow him in the guest room or outside. If you have allergies or just aren't a cat person, please be mindful of this.
