Description
I’m offering a cozy and convenient place to stay for 2 nights a week, ideal for commuters or anyone in need of a part-time living arrangement. Stays are available from Monday night to Thursday night, with option for 3 nights also possible, for £700.
I am looking for someone who requires a room let close to central London for 2 nights per week Monday to Thursday. It is a brand new flat located on the 5th floor of a luxury apartment building. The available bedroom is south facing, features a king-sized bed, and includes access to a private bathroom. The room is fully furnished, it's very warm with underfloor heating and lots of sunshine. The windows are sound proofed and all the furniture is brand new. Sheets, towels and room cleaning provided once each week, along with space to leave belongings over the weekend. There is also access to the kitchen. All bills are included: council tax, heating, water, electricity, super-fast broadband. There is a bike storage area in the building and you'll also have access to a rooftop garden.
This is perfect for a quiet professional that needs a regular place to stay centrally in a convenient location that offers similar facilities to a hotel at a much lower rate. Not suitable for someone that needs to study or work from home during the day.
Great local amenities:
5 mins to Paddington Recreation Ground
5 mins to the high street (Salisbury Road) in Queens Park which has a wide range of excellent bars, restaurants and shops (including Gails, delis, specialist wine shops and coffee houses) as well as numerous fitness centres and gyms.
8 minutes to the beautiful Queens Park.
Excellent transport links:
5-6 minutes walk to either Kilburn Park (Bakerloo) or Queens Park (Bakerloo and overground which can get you to Paddington in 8 mins and Euston in 10 mins).
15 mins to Brondesbury overground that can take you to Richmond, Clapham or Stratford.
Excellent bus network.
I am a female professional working in the media industry, working from home most of the week.
Please note, this is a “Room Let” only (no access to living room). Happy to answer any questions - please feel free to contact me. Single occupancy only, sadly no pets. No smoking. Must have the right to stay and work in the UK, along with references.
When replying to this ad, kindly provide a short introduction about yourself and specify which days of the week you’re interested in renting the room.
