THE ROOM: One large double bedroom with heaps of natural light and private ensuite bathroom!
The rooms are lovely and light, with its own bathroom (toilet, sink, bath and shower) and a walk-in wardrobe.
The house is in a little gated section of Victoria Mews in Kilburn, close to Queen's Park and Kilburn High Road. There is free parking available, so if you want to bring your car/bike, you can keep it somewhere nice and safe off the road.
THE HOUSE - lots of space!
- Large kitchen, with dishwasher & lots of cupboard space
- Separate utility room with washing machine
- Large split level living/dining room
- Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom, so you won’t be sharing with anyone!
- Separate downstairs loo- because 4 toilets just isn't enough
- Safe parking space, behind a gate with security code
- Small gym next door (Charteris Sports Centre)
TRANSPORT - around half a mile from:
- Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line)
- Kilburn High Road (London Overground Euston branch)
- Queen’s Park (Bakerloo line, LO Euston branch)
- West Hampstead (Jubilee line, Thameslink, LO Clapham Junction-Richmond-Stratford branch)
- Brondesbury (LO Clapham Junction-Richmond-Stratford branch)
- Kilburn station itself (Jubilee line) is about a mile away
- Loads of buses
THE HOUSEMATES:
Everyone is friendly, relaxed and tidy! We all clean up after ourselves so are looking for someone who will also do their bit and clean up after themselves and chip in with chores where necessary.
We respect each other’s privacy and down time. It’s a quiet household in a residential area with professionals and families.
Kilburn is great with loads of shops along the high road, and Queen’s Park is lovely.
BILLS
The rent for the room is £893 per calendar month, bills are approximately £125 each per month (not including water which tends to be £85 each every 6 months) , and there is a deposit of £937 for the room payable upon reserving the room.
