Hey, we’re looking for someone to
replace our housemate in our house in Kensal/Queens Park, at the start of Feb!

Room:
- Spacious double room
- Lots of natural light
- Ground floor of house
- Fully furnished (wardrobe, drawers, desk etc)

House:
- Fully furnished
- Kitchen, living area and dining room
- Back garden
- 15 minute walk from Queens Park tube station
- 20 minute walk to Notting Hill
- Big Sainsbury’s is a 5 min walk
- 2 bathrooms shared between 3 girls

Flatmates:
You’d be living with Me (23) and Carody (26) who are both civil servants. We want to make sure the house feels like a home and enjoy having wholesome house evenings ( , wine and cheese nights, baking etc), as well as the odd night out here and there! We’re looking for another girl between 22 and 28 who is clean, respectful and easy going, ideally you’d be a friend rather than just a flatmate!

Rent: £1050 p/m
Bills: roughly £100 p/m

Ideally you need earn 31K+ to pass referencing or have a UKguarantor.
