We are looking for a new tenant to join us in our spacious, modern 3-bedroom flat in Queens Park/Kilburn. We are extending the contract for 1 year from Feb 1st 2025, although if needed you can move in earlier as the room is already vacant! Ideally looking to arrange a new tenant before the end of the year
The room available is a spacious en-suite bedroom, with lots of space and natural light.
You will be living with Ben (28, works in satcoms) and Alex (26, works as an urban planner). We are good friends who enjoy playing and watching sports, going out for drinks, concerts, exploring London etc.. We're ideally looking for someone who is easy going, tidy, similar interests who wouldn't mind the occasional pub visit, sunday roast, football viewing etc.
The room is bright and airy, it comes unfurnished but you will be able to purchase all furniture shown in the picture from the previous tenant for £200.
There is a deposit of £963.
it is in a fantastic area, lots of good transport links (Bakerloo line, Jubilee line, Overground), great bars and restaurant in the area and we're a stones throw away from Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill.
The flat is modern with high ceilings and lots of natural light. I have been living here for 3 years and it has been great, the landlady is very helpful and has fixed any issues quickly.
