Short-term let in Queens Park / Kilburn - fully furnished double room available for 3 months starting from 1st April. The room may be available for longer than 3 months.

£850 all bills included.

The flat is located a 10 minute walk from Kilburn station (Jubilee line), 15 minutes walk to Queens Park station (Bakerloo line), 5 minutes walk to Brondesbury Park (overground station), 98 bus stop (nightbus) is a 2 minute walk away.

The flat is very spacious with a living room and garden. The room is fully furnished including a desk and desk chair. If you are a remote worker, this would be a great set up for you as you will have the flat to yourself during the weekdays as my roommate does not work from home.

I will travelling for 3 months and I am looking for a trust worthy and friendly person who will be respectful of the flat, whilst making it their own home.

Our home is extremely tidy and we divide the weekly cleaning so cleanliness is of the utmost importance.

The current flat mate, Will, 29, works as a Teaching Assistant. He is really friendly, funny and he's become one of my good friends. It is also important to note this is an LGBT friendly household.
