Double room in penthouse - Queens Park

Looking for a calm, cosy base in London? Welcome to my sunny penthouse in Queen’s Park! Your private double room has a comfy king-size bed, fast fibre for WFH, a desk, and access to a shared walk-in wardrobe. Step out onto a lovely terrace with sweeping city views—or explore nearby parks, cafés and restaurants. I’m Anahi—Italian and Uruguayan—and I live here with Chaplin, my cuddly cat. We love hosting LGBTQIA+ guests, neurodivergent folks, and solo women looking for a safe, welcoming space. No students.

This quiet, spacious double room is on the lower floor of a bright, spacious flat. You’ll have a desk by the window (perfect for WFH), international plugs, and some beautiful Gustav Klimt pieces to keep you company. In the flat there’s a hairdryer, microwave, coffee machine and other essentials—and if you need anything else, just ask!

Upstairs, enjoy a sunlit living and dining room with sweeping views—perfect for catching beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Queen’s Park is just around the corner, and Kilburn offers fantastic transport links. It’s 10 stops to Oxford Circus on the 24-hour weekend tube, and only two stops to Paddington, with easy access to airports and trains to Brighton, Cambridge and beyond.

You’ll share a spotless bathroom—with both shower and bath—with me, when I am around. There’re three shelves just for you, so you can settle in comfortably.

The kitchen is small but fully functional, full of sunlight, and fully equipped. You’re welcome to cook and eat at your leisure, with access to a fridge, freezer, microwave, and both electric ovens and hobs.

You can also use the livingroom at your pleasure and the same for the terrace.

I live in the flat and WFH three days a week, so I’m often around. I’m friendly but totally respect people’s space—so it’s up to you how much or little we chat.

Chaplin the cat couldn’t care less about anyone (classic), but he’s well-behaved and rarely bothers guests. If you’d rather he stays out of your room, just keep the door closed—he’s not much of a rule-breaker.
