Room available in Queen’s Park

Hello!

A room in our 3 bedroom flat in Queens Park is available to rent. Two of our housemates have found jobs in other countries/cities and have to move on. One other room has been filled already by a wonderful girl from New Zealand moving to London in April 🥹

You will be living with Flo and Toria, we are a couple and share the biggest room with an en suite. We love music, gigs, rugby, running, gym, movies, reading + lots more. We’re looking for housemates who are open to socialising but also keen for their own space and time.

There is one large bathroom with a bath and shower to share between the two rooms on offer and a separate toilet too. No rooms are connected so everyone has privacy which is a real plus. The tenancy is to run for another 9 months at least so we’d want someone to stay with us until then ❤️

The summer months are upon us and we have a balcony and a shared garden available at the flat. We are also a 5 minute walk from the Queen’s Park underground.

We’re really just looking for some friendly and tidy people to make friends with and live with ☺️

One room is £850 p/month
Deposit is £875
Available from: 1st April
Bed and mattress is included and the rest of the furniture can be bought from our vacating housemate.
