The Location 🏙️
This three bed flat is in a fantastic location—less than a two minute walk from the tube—with Maida Vale and Queen's Park both under a 15-minute walk. Kilburn Highstreet (with a large Sainsbury's and M&S Foodhall) is close by but not too close that it's noisy. Plus, there are plenty of parks nearby in every direction!

The Flat 🏡
The flat itself is on the 2nd floor (top) and has a secure entry system. Every room has windows, and the flat has a dual aspect, meaning it's always bright and airy (many plant babies appreciate this too). There is a spacious shared living room with two comfy sofas, a TV and a dining table. There is also a balcony with views out onto a shared garden. The kitchen is big and has a stove, fan oven, washing machine, dishwasher (!) and full-size fridge/freezer. There is one bathroom with a toilet, shower and bath plus a separate toilet. Loads of storage space throughout!

The Room 🛌
This double room has big windows and a large wardrobe. The room will come furnished with a bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, and nightstand.

The Flatmates 👯‍♀️
You would be living with Emily and Abena. Emily (26, she/her) works in People Ops and is from Scotland. She enjoys painting, theatre, pubs, pub quizzes, and walks. Abena (24, she/her) is an engineer originally from the UK. She enjoys reading, bingeing TV shows, grabbing a pint, and staying active. Both Emily and Abena work from home 2-3 times per week.

Emily and Abena love hanging out or binge-watching The Traitors in the evenings, but also try to respect each other's space and understand that sometimes you just want to chill in your room after a long day. They're looking for someone to join our flat who wants to be friends rather than just live together. They’re very open to grabbing a coffee together after a viewing to get to know each other a bit better.

House-wise, they like to keep it tidy, but are pretty easygoing and like to make the place feel homely, and would love to find someone with a similar vibe.
