Hi! I am sadly moving out from a great 2/3 bed flat in Queens Park. The Room is a loft conversion so has the entire upstairs section including an ensuite toilet. It comes unfurnished with built in wardrobe and I also am happy to discuss leaving elements of my furniture if wanted!
The flat is an upstairs of a terrace (video attached from when we first moved in) and has a big separate living/dining room and kitchen downstairs, bathroom and toilet and 2 x bedrooms downstairs (only one used as a bedroom). This rental is for the entire conversion upstairs which has it’s own staircase, big double bedroom (although lower roof in places) and separate ensuite (toilet only)
You would be living with one female 31 year old flatmate who is an author and screenwriter and 3 cats - Molly, Scrappy and Phantom!
The flat is in a lovely area, a 10 minute walk from the Bakerloo line with a farmers market in Queens Park on a Sunday and near Lonsdale road which has lots of great restaurants on it. Supermarkets within walking distance in Kilburn include Aldi, Sainsbury’s, and M&S.
£1100 plus bills per month.
