1-2 Month in 2 Bedroom Flat Near Queen's Park

A room to rent for a minimum of 1 month from the beginning of July in a 2 bedroom apartment to share with 1 young professional, Beth, a 25 year old Kiwi, who works in Sustainable Finance. The apartment is on the third floor and the apartment has a spacious living room, bathroom, toilet room and kitchen with additional storage closets. The nice windows around the house allow for great circulation in the summer months.

The house is located across the street (less than 30 second walk) from Brondesbury Park station on the Mildmay line and a 2 minute walk from Queens Park. Other notable tube stops are Kilburn (Jubilee) and Queen’s Park (Bakerloo and Lioness) which are all within a 10 minute walk away. It’s a very cozy neighbourhood just up the road from local shops and dining further south on Salisbury Road.

Beth and I met during our Masters in Climate Change Finance at Edinburgh Uni and are both working in Sustainable Finance in London but soon leaving our jobs and moving to new places. It is sad to leave this place but the lease expires on August 24th and I am looking for someone to sublet for the last 2 months while I’m in Canada/Edinburgh. We are respectful and chill friends who enjoy good music, the odd party (apologies for the streamers in the living room pic), baking bread & cakes, reading a nice book and picnic in Queens park and lots more. We respect each other's privacy, are relaxed and calm but also enjoy going out on weekends.

The flat is fully furnished, has a washing machine, space for a bike or two in the hallway if needing to store one, and a projector for movie nights.
