Hi! We have a bedroom for rent in Queens Park from the 10th August for 6 months. Below is a bit of info :)
About the room:
- Small bedroom with a double bed
- £784 (rent) + £70 (council tax) per month. Wi-Fi is included in the rent and water + electricity is separate
- Boiler is in the bedroom
- Address: 135 Glengall Road, NW6 7HQ
- 3 bedroom flat, 1 bathroom & kitchen
- 9 min walk to Queens Park Tube and 10 minute walk to Kilburn High Road with lots of bus links and overground.
- Queens Park is a really nice area with a park, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars
- There is a gym and doctors office 5 min walk away from the flat
- The flat is available from the 10th August to 10th Feb 2026, and you will have to sign onto the tenancy and therefore have to go through the standard checks. This will be done through the agency/landlord. You will potentially need a guarantor and therefore maybe a deposit, but we can get more info on exactly what this looks like if you’re interested.
- Currently there is no wardrobe in the room, but we can get one through the landlord. You can also fit a clothing rail in the room.
