I'm looking for someone to take over my room in Queen's Park.
I've had an awesome time here, but I am moving East to be closer to friends and my job!
About the apartment:
The bedroom is frankly massive. It comes with a queen-size bed, and heaps of in-built storage. It would be ideal for a desk/WFH setup.
The apartment itself is modern and airy, with extremely high ceilings, with a spacious, open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, and extremely high ceilings.
We have double-glazing and central heating, meaning that you never need to worry about being cold!
We have our own patio, as well as a large communal garden, including a bike shed!
There is an extremely secure communal entrance where you can receive parcels.
About the flatmates:
You'll be living with Christi and Teodora, who are friends from Romania, and both working professionals, aged 27-32.
Christi has his own ensuite, and you'll share a large bathroom with Teodora.
They are both lovely people to live with. We're respectful of each other's space, but like to hang out in the dining room. We like having houseguests and dinner parties, cooking and listening to music. It's a calm place to come back to after work.
The area:
The apartment is located in the Queen's Park/Kilburn area. It is close to three stations: Queen's Park (Bakerloo), Kilburn (Jubliee), and Brondesbury Park (Overground), making it very easy to access the rest of the city.
Queen's Park is a charming suburb - as well as the awesome Park itself, the area contains an assortment of excellent cafés, restaurants and breweries. There's a fantastic farmers' market on sundays.
About you:
You are working professional, ideally in their late twenties or early thirties.
Boring details:
- Rent: £1110 per month (not including bills)
- Deposit: £1173
- Move-in date: ideally around mid September, however I can be flexible on this
- Tenancy: the tenancy runs to October 2026
