Large double bedroom in quiet flat share

Large double bedroom available starting 1st of July. The house is on a residential street at the heart of Queens Park; a 3 minute walk from station (Overground and Bakerloo lines).

Many cafes and restaurants on the main street as well as a Sainsbury’s, M&S and Co-Op less than 5 minutes away. There is a large Sainsbury’s and other shops on Kilburn High Street 10 minutes away.

The room is a large double, and has a large wardrobe, desk and has lots of storage (bedside tables, shelving, and under bed storage). Additionally, I have a monitor that I am willing to sell.

The rent includes bills but does not include payments for a cleaner, who comes every 2 weeks (under £30). The bathroom is shared with two of the flatmates.

Current flatmates are three females, professionals working full-time. This house would be suited to someone who is also a working female, professional. This is a non-party household, and all flatmates are tidy, clean, and quiet, with different working hours.
