I'm unfortunately moving out of my room in Queens Park and so am looking for someone to take it over! It's a spacious, bright and airy space conveniently situated between Queens Park and Kilburn. Currently, the new flatmate would take it over for a year from October 2026.

The Bedroom:

- Well sized 1st floor bedroom (2 floor property)
- Bright (south facing) and airy with extremely high ceilings.
- Comes furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers for storage.

The House:

- Large living/dining area along with a spacious, well furnished kitchen (recently renovated).
- Garden which has proved great for summer BBQs!
- Relaxed residential street a few steps away from Lonsdale Road

Location:

- Less than a 10min walk from Queens Park Station (Bakerloo) and Kilburn High Road (Overground) and a 15min walk from Brondesbury (Jubilee)
- Close to multiple supermarkets (Aldi, Sainsburys, M&S) and Kilburn High Road where you can find practically anything
- Close to Queens Park which is perfect for tennis, golf, running or relaxing

Flatmates:

- 3 friendly, considerate flatmates all working in Architecture
- Whilst we're all busy during the week with work, it's a social, communal house with frequent flat dinners, golf/cycling trips

About you:

You are working professional, clean, considerate and ideally in mid to late 20s

Details:

- Rent: £975 per month (not including bills)
- Deposit: £1000
- Move-in date: ideally around early September (can be flexible)
- Tenancy: 1 year starting from October 26th
