Looking for someone to share this spacious and delightful home. Unfortunately, I’m having to move out of London so looking for a female professional to share this home with my lovely housemate Hannah and her maltipoo Evie 🐶 ideally looking for someone to replace me from September, but can be flexible!

- spacious and light filled 2 bedroom flat with large lounge perfect for hosting dinner parties or relaxing in front of the tv
- your room would be a large double room, with a beautiful bay reading nook and lots of cupboard space. Room comes unfurnished, but landlord may be open to furnishing
Location:
- Set on a quiet residential street, Brondesbury Villas is a short walk from the cafes, restaurants and amenities (including Londsdale road which has our favourite restaurants)
- Local transport links include Queen's Park & Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line) and Kilburn High Road (London Overground).

- you will be sharing with Hannah, who is a 31 year old professional from Australia. She comes with a small dog Evie who loves people and naps
- Hannah loves keeping active, traveling and trying all the lovely bars / restaurants in the area
