Gorgeous double bedroom in Queen's Park

Hello!

I am renting my amazing double bedroom, available from the 21st of September 2025 till end of September 2026 and looking for someone to take my place in the shared maisonette I live with a female friend, while I'm away.

The house is very spacious, plenty of daylight and nicely decorated. The living room, dining room and kitchen are at the ground floor and the two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the upper floor. We also have a backyard which is very nice to hangout on a sunny day, and an office desk with a second screen in case you'd like to work from home a few days a week. The bedroom is fully fitted with comfy double bed, bedside table, inbuilt wardrobes, chest of drawers, vanity with illuminated mirror and a vanity chair, as well as a floor lamp.

Among utilities, we have TV, high speed fibre internet, smart meters for heating and electricity, water boiler on gas, security system and a cleaner that comes every other week. Please note that bills are not included in the rent.

My housemate is a female lighting designer on her 30ies, working from home a few days a week. She is very friendly, enjoys cooking and having nice conversations but at the same time values having private time. She is respectful and clean, not a party monster and we are looking for someone with similar vibes.

The house is very well located, around 7min walk from Queens Park Station, and 12 min from Kensal Rise station. There are busses just around the corner, an off licence across the road and a gym 5min away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, a beautiful park, the canal and many other amenities at a short walking distance.
