Single first-floor room only still available in vintage themed, unusual home in very fashionable area with glorious outdoor space. Room is larger than it looks.

Flatmates must be friendly and sociable - it's a home not an HMO so a desire to get on with others in the house is critical; the house won't suit anyone who wants to spend all their time in their room.

Incredible transport links all over London - Bakerloo five minutes' walk and from there 20 minutes to Oxford Circus. Overgrounds 10-15 minutes' walk. Tons of buses, too.

All amenities within five-to-ten minutes' walk - corner shop, deli, supermarkets, bars, cute park with tennis courts, golf studio, gyms, yoga/Pilates; Joe & the Juice, Planet Organic.

Round the corner is Lonsdale Road, one of the hottest destination streets in north London filled with restaurants and bakeries, microbrewery, officially the UK's best farmers market - annoyingly Instagram central on a Sunday.

I'm massively into film and would really appreciate someone to share the love - there's a movie gallery on the landing with old cinema chairs and original posters.

Good English essential, drugs an absolute no-no, must agree to contribute equally to cleaning. References required, one month's notice to be given.
