Description
Double attic and single first-floor rooms available in vintage themed, unusual home in very fashionable area with glorious outdoor space. The double's larger than it looks; picture limit doesn't allow full exposition.

Flatmates must be friendly and sociable - it's a home not an HMO so a desire to get on with others in the house is critical rather than everyone living in their rooms. Consequently, viewings must be in person.
Incredible transport links all over London - Bakerloo line five minutes' walk and from there 10 minutes to Paddington, 20 to Oxford Circus. Overgrounds 10-15 minutes' walk. Tons of buses, too.
All amenities within five-to-ten minutes' walk - corner shop, deli, supermarkets, several bars, cute park with tennis courts, boxing ring, golf studio, gyms, yoga/Pilates; Joe & the Juice, Planet Organic.
Within a minute's walk is one of the hottest destination streets in north London filled with expensive restaurants, cafes, microbrewery, farmers market - annoyingly Instagram central on a Sunday.
I'm massively into film and would really appreciate someone to share the love - there's a movie gallery on the landing with old cinema chairs and original posters.
Good English essential, drugs a no-no, must agree to contribute equally and fairly to cleaning.
Please tell me something about yourself and feel free to ask questions - taking the time to provide information upfront is more likely to get a response than 'when can I view'; and I'm afraid if there are no references from previous landlords it's going to be a problem. To cut down on back and forth for both sides...
*Please state which room you'd like.
*Tell me something about yourself first; both rooms are currently free so you don't need to waste time sending a message asking if they are - just get into it.
*The ad says no couples; that applies to all couplings - the double is for one person only.
*Make clear how long you're looking to stay. The ad says one-month minimum but that's only going to work as a filler if there's someone longer term who can't move in immediately - it definitely won't work if you're looking for a cheaper alternative to a hotel or Airbnb later in the year. Ideally I want someone for longer than six months. Even three or four months at this time is unlikely because noone else will want to move in over Christmas or New Year.
